Football fiesta!!

Did some Pollo asada and Carne asada on the SmokeFire! Did some al pastor on the Q-320. Made some tacos with salsa and guacamole from a place up the street called Mexicana Produce, great little spot, cheap veggies and all the staples.
The carne asada was seasoned with Oakridge Chile lime, the others were pre marinated. Good stuff.

Tons!! It’s a taco burrito fest!! Fresh guacamole and pico, delicious!!
