Well it appears all the cooks I have done for my family have finally paid off. My parents bought me a Foodsaver!! I just got finished cleaning out the freezer and repackaging the freezer bagged good into vacuum- sealed goods!!
Question though.. I did a butt last sunday and have been eating it all week. It has been in the fridge for 5 -6 days. Should I proportion and frezze or pitch it until the next cook?
