Gassed a flank steak a few nights ago marinated in soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, EVOO, garlic and ginger.

Thanks for the positive comments!!! I usually only cook beef (other than Hamburger) on the kettle, but this cut seems to do well on the gasser, just missing the smoke flavor.
