Fish Tacos

Simple meal and post today. Cod cut into small strips and marinaded in cilantro, lime, garlic and olive oil then cooked on the grill

Plated. Fish tacos had cabbage, tomato, chipotle mayo, store bought salsa and hot sauce. Sides were smashed pinto beans and mopales salad,

I wish I would have seen this while I still had a freezer full of cod from my last trip! I like fish and chips, but I was on F&C/broiled cod suicide watch there just before the spring! Next year I'll give a bit more away, and make sure to add this to the recipe book!

as a side note: Atlantic cod fishing was pretty good to the recreational/party boat anglers in my neck of the woods (3 years now).
