Fish and Fruit

My big grills get all the attention, but my Smokey Joe gets most of the action....

Got some sockeye salmon for lunch and decided to grill it up with some fruit. Here it is with some lemons, mango and white peaches. The sausage is an Aidell's andouille sausage for me (not a big fan of salmon). The foil pack is just some onions and EVOO for the sausage.



The fruit is the real star of this show:





Here is the fish with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute and a small piece of apple wood in the coals:


Here is what happens when you flip it too many times...I usually drink while I bbq to slow me down...this was a sober cook...



All in all it held together pretty well and still tasted great! (I even had some!).
