Hello All,

I'm in the UK up North (Newcastle way).

Found this site invaluable and love the help and sense of community (makes me want to move to USA).

I have had many failed BBQ experiences: Burnt in Brisbane, Charcoaled in Cornwall and eventually Win in Whitley Bay! with a WSM 22.5!!

Thought it had all gone wrong but following hints and tips from here....result! Hickory smoked full chicken...sons and missus loved it.
