First whole brisket...with pics!

First whole brisket smoked overnight last night. Went in at 7:00pm, pulled it at 190 at quarter to ten this morning. Didn't have to add fuel, and the WSM held 230-250 like a champ overnight. Here we are about to come out of the foil...

And finally, with a dab of chipotle sauce and a couple of homemade latkes right out of the pan.

Are you interested in going in on some Pork Butts with me?
That doesn't sound right.

Anyway, on Como ave they have Butts on sale for $1.39 per# for a case.
A case is about 60#.
I don't need all of that, want of course, need no.

If I get a case I will be going over there tomorrow at 11:30

I thought I smelled something floating down from MN. Welcome to the board and thanks for the photos! I'll be in St.Paul on, Sept. 30 I believe, for a Beck concert...cant wait.
