Finally finished my first try at bacon. Used the Bacon Made Easy method (thanks to this forum).
On the WSM

I fried up a couple pieces and WOW, it was the best bacon I've ever had. No more store bought bacon in this house.
Used apple wood for smoke. Only took a little over 2 hours at 195 to get 145 internal. The hardest part was waiting a week for it to cure.
