Hey everyone, I recently purchased an 18" Weber Bullet Smoker a few weeks ago for my 27th birthday. After a few years a marriage, it cracks me up to see how excited I was to spend my money on a smoker and not wasting it like I would have in the past. Settling down and maturing definitely have taken its toll but I'm thrilled to dive into the art of smoking meats. This site was a major player in my selection of smoker and reference it often. Thanks for the input and information so far!
