Since my 18.5 is brand new, and so am I we went for some pulled chicken sammies. Quick and easy. Dusted with some smoky hickory spice from Costco (had it on hand) and some apple wood chunks we let them go for one hour and an internal temp of 165.

We pulled them off and tented with foil to allow the carry over heat to bring the internal temp to 170 and pulled. The lovely cooking assistant Cheryl calls these my "Dexter" gloves...

Made little sliders on Hawaiian sweet rolls with a quick and dirty NO. 5 sauce and home made slaw - and tots of course.

came out good - next weekend Pepper Stout Beef!
