First smoke (Pulled Pork) on my new WSM!

My first post, my first smoke, from box to plate, be gentle! This was 3 weeks ago.

My new WSM arrived at work. The lid was damaged but the supplier kindly sent out a replacement before the weekend!



This is the boneless "rolled pork shoulder". I went for The Renowned Mr. Brown recipe.





10:30am - After 14 hours in the fridge



5 hours later



I didn't want to waste the charcoal so I added a chicken



It's thirsty work



The chicken turned out to be a great idea as we had a snack whilst waiting for the pork



After 12 hours cooking



It turned out very well and had great reviews

 
Strong 1st post. You must have had No.12 in your hand while taking the picture?
 
I must admit that I did have a help with the beer, so I can only claim 6 of those!
Bull. Nobody does that well with his first WSM smoke. I'll bet you really DID have #12 in your hand and your neighbor, who has been cooking on a WSM for years, actually cooked the meat. Good try though.;)
