First smoke on my 22.5

Well here we go probably not the best day for fist smoke but gonna try. Today was a few firsts first try at makeing the StLois cut ribs.

Put in my brand new 22,5 along with the trimmings and checking temps every 15min for now she got lucky seems to be setteled in at 238 degrees hope it stays there will post finished product when its ready
 
Looks great / good luck

If low & slow, I've had success in ramping up temp towards 275 for last hour to provide that nice crisp on the outside.

O.K. heres the finished product prolly the best i have made love this smoker once i got it dialed in even with the wind temps held pretty steady doin a shoulder for the tailgate before my sons game on Friday night! thanks to everyone for all the advice from last nights questions, well here they are

Those look like professional competition ribs in my opinion. Great job. I'm doing ribs tomorrow for the 2nd time. I hope they turn out like that.
