Working on my first smoke today on a new 22.5. Burned it out a few times first but this is my first time doing food on it. Using minion method, water pan full of water, 2 racks of baby back and using a maverick et-735 for grate level temp. Will post pics once I figure out where to do it. Wish me luck!

Ok, testing a picture upload. This is what I did to start, kingsford and some pecan chunks. I've got about 15 briquets in the chimney warming up.

Maverick probe placement:

2 racks have been on about 45 minutes or so, here is right after I put them on. The temp has been steady between 250 and 260.

Little over 3 hours in, pulled and wrapped them (I'm a crutch guy). They look great! Side note, the bluetooth Maverick is working excellent! There is about 40 degrees difference between the thermometer on the lid and the Maverick (to be expected from what I read on this forum).

Looking good! How ya liking the 22.5"wsm? I have one too and love the extra space, i also have the 18.5"wsm for smaller cooks.
