First skirt attempt

No not going LGB anything.
My regular beef butcher had some new thing’s lately like tri tips and skirt steaks.
I picked up 2 skirts and used my smallest one last night for what I would say was the best steak taco I have ever had yet.
This one was about 1 pound.
Also my best fire roasted salsa to date, the MRS whipped up a darn good gauc too.
No finished photos, I do those all the time…..just lots of protein pics…..this thing was tender, and insanely tasty.
Marinade was tequila, cumin, garlic and spices……..too thin to get temps off of it so just winged it…..thanks for looking

One of my favorite cuts! Every now and then I treat myself to a Wagyu skirt and I agree the absolutely best tacos I ever had.
