First roti cook!

Howdy folks, got a roti for me bday, along with a pizza kettle oven, havnt used the pizza oven for pizza yet, but smoked 4 racks of ribs in it.

first cook was 4 chickens, two beercan with the roti birds spinning on top...sorry for no plated pics but i was feeding 8 people and it got a bit manic come plating time. click the first pic for video.
