First Pork Shoulder

Did my first shoulder today on my WSM 22.5....applied a rub from the board here last night, wrapped in saran wrap and back in the fridge....added a little dusting this morning when it came out to warm up. Fired up the smoker with cherry chips and on she went, cooked for 6 hrs and removed and foiled at 195 internal temp. Also did up some potatoes and the Hog apple baked beans.....wow are they fantastic!! Only got one pic of everything on smoker as the family devoured everything before I could get a second pic.
