First picanha

Awhile back I asked for some input about a picanha (top sirloin cap) that I'd purchased. Here's what happened:

We were really happy with how it turned out. I used some oak with the charcoal and it gave some extra flavor and color, and the meat was surprisingly tender for being a piece of top sirloin (not that it's all that tough to begin with). I'll have to ask about availability the next time I'm in a Festival Foods.
 
That looks great Brad, would love to try that but can't find it around here even Costco doesn't have it
