Nothing beats the glow of the charcoal chimney at midnight! I just put my pork butt on. Already getting a little heavy handed with the scotch tonight. Enjoy your cook. Hopefully the tstorms hold off tonight.

I was woken up just before 8am by the low alarm (225°). IT 178. I slept just about 6.5 hours. Brought the temp back up and wrapped it. Now I get to relax again on this beautiful morning
