First Fatty On 14.5"

Decided to try a breakfast Fatty. Used maple sausage, Obrien potatoes, pepper jack/cheddar and of course bacon. Assembling the Fatty looks easier that it is, but managed. Typical rookie mistake, overstuffed my Fatty. I think the bacon will hold it together. Just got a Weber Compact chimney starter. Just the right size for the little WSM. Just sitting inside watching the Maverick…….

I din't take anymore pictures of the "build". There is tons info on "fattys".

Almost done. Think I'll throw it under the broiler to crisp the bacon a little.

Not to start a controversy, but is that ketchup or hot sauce on your eggs? :)

I was thinking the same thing! Hoping hot sauce!

However, it does not really matter when you have a Breakfast Fatty that looks like that! I must do one this weekend. All these fatty posts are killing me!
