And it always tastes the best! No plated shot, but I use just butter and salt on mine.
And I served it with a side of what was marked as a t-bone but seemed to me to be more of a bone-in strip. No problem, I didn't miss the tenderloin a bit.
This was actually about a month ago. The corn was local to me and the steak came from the small market in my hometown, where Larry (LMichaels) lives now. I'm sure the longtime residents consider that change a downgrade.
