Got my WSM (coming from a brinkman offset) and HOLY COW! Is it different. I'm still learning so I didnt get any grill shots since I was mostly getting a feel for the heat control etc. but here are my first 2 cooks on my new favorite toy.

First up was spatchcock chicken simply rubbed it with my fav chicken rub and put butter between the skin and breast meat.

I did a whole chicken on mine and it came out A-maaaaaazing . Next time I want to try the spatchcock style.
The steadiness of the WSM is such a joy. Look forward to the cooking pics next time. Have fun.

Those look great...I've only done 2 cooks myself and absolutely love my WSM. I hope you're enjoying it as much as I am
