First cook on new Q grill

This one was dug up from last year....actually the FIRST food to arrive from brand new Q320 Black I bought a year ago. So Anniversary it is!

Home made bun, knife minced beef chuck.....took us some time but it was well worth the effort.
Funny fact it is this actually was the best burger so far - begginers luck or is it the Weber
LOL!

And one more from when I was in charge of my boss 60th BD grill. I convinced him that Weber Kettle is what he want to buy so he gave me a task to make a serious presentation. The picture unfortunately is from the start but hey there I am with the chef cap!LOL

I was thinking the same thing.
 
When knife mincing it is important to have a realy realy sharp knife or even better a chinese axe/knife to have some weight kicking in too. The goal is to get a coarse ground consistency. While ground meat is well ground... the cutting of the meat doesent destroy the tissue so much. The juicines and the texture of cooked burgers is deffrent. Superb to my taste. Tell me if you try and how you liked it.
