Nothing fancy, just a chicken and a pork tenderloin (cut in half). Sure smells good, just getting ready to dig in.

It actually turned out very well. Nice and juicy and quite tender. Delicious! I think Wife liked it better than the chicken.

I was surprised at how well the WSM held it's temperature with a minimum of fiddling with the vents, not to mention how little fuel it consumed. Much more pleasant to use than the old offset cookers. I think this one is a keeper.

I had an offset before and I agree, the WSMs are way more efficient. One thing I miss though is capacity. I never questioned if anything was going to fit. I see a 22in WSM in my future

Keeper for sure. They are very fuel efficient and can hold a surprising amount of groceries for their size.

As we were eating leftover tenderloin for supper tonight (oh so good!), Wife reminded me that we have another one in the freezer. I think maybe that was a hint.

ETA: My bad! Its a pork loin, not a tenderloin. I knew what I meant, my fingers type what they want to sometimes.
