That looks like at least 20 yards of yardbird there. I have seem them make grills like that around here to cook whole hogs on but you may be looking at a Guiness record for bird there. How many pieces did y'all cook in one shot? How much charcoal?

Hey John. We cooked over 500 halves. Not all at the same time. Probably 250 or so at once. 10 -15 bags of kbb. I am not sure if it is record but that would be cool. I do know it felt like a record while flipping those birds! Thanks for all the comments. Glad the old school pit found a little love. We are nothing if not old school.
