Smoked Brats on top rack of WSM and ABTS on bottom ran @250 for around 45 minutes. One chunk of Apple Wood. ABTS and Brats were a hit. ABTS were cream cheese, finely shredded sharp cheese, leftover pulled pork, onion flakes, garlic powder and honey. Burgers were on my 19" first use of the Baking Steel. Worked great gave a excellent crust on burgers. Baking Steel was already pre-seasoned so just threw the food on. Great food with friends. Next weekend my homemade pizza on the baking steel. If someone wants to do the photos the correct way go ahead. Can't seem to figure it out with my ipad2. Happy Fathers Day all the Dads

Hi Tony, Here is a link for baking steel. http://bakingsteel.com/
19" round and 1/4" thick. Very heavy and well made. I found out about them from the Big Green Egg forum. Excellent for pizzas. Give Andris a email. Thanks for the link I've been using Flickr, I'll check out photo bucket. May be a little more user friendly for ipad2. Thanks Sincerely Roger

Thanks..I'll use and download the app to my iphone5 also. If you want to know a price just PM me. Unless its ok to put price on the thread I will. Let me know.

90.00 total. Thing must weigh 20#s. Has a baking steel logo on surface also. Very well made and great customer service. Andris custom made it to fit the Weber Performer. Andris the owner of Baking Steel (someone who owns a metal fab shop and enjoys to cook) wanted something to make a better pizza and crust. So he came up with this. Like I said I found out about it on the Big Green Egg forum and they had a "Group Buy" for a discount. If enough interest maybe could start something for the Weber owners...
