Sear for 1.5 minutes, twist and sear same side for another 1.5 minutes, flip and sear for 1.5 minutes, twist and sear for another 1.5 minutes, total sear time 6 minutes

Finally made some decent BBQ Pork Chops
 
OMG! Absolutely gorgeous. Chuck, you have inspired me to attempt new heights in grilling.
Chuck, it's high praise when an Iowan approves of your pork chops. ;)

Where did you get them? You need to take the photo of the raw chops to the store, point at the one in the upper left corner, and tell them that they should cut ALL their boneless loin chops with that much fat!
 
My bride picked them up at Costco. If you can get the Rib eye Pork Chops those are the best, the Rib Eye Pork Chops are the ones with the bone in

My inspiration came from Malcom Reed, this guy is awesome

 
nicely done, i cook my pork chops the same way the only thing i add is a chunk of apple wood for some more smoke flavor.
