Well close to it anyways. I use a dial and probe type candy thermometer. My original, which I have been using since I got my WSM has been bent and dropped multiple times. As a result it has been sticking. I've been looking all over for a replacement for a long time. The only thermometers I could find near me were meat and the floating type candy ones. Except for the foot long ones at Lowes and Home Depot. I found this one at a little store in Manchester Vt. An inch longer than my old one, but it will work.
