Finallly a bartering payoff!

I have been sharing my leftovers at work since I got my smoker...both the delicious as well as those I was not as satisfied with. Last week, one of the Physicians Assistants that I work with...who has enjoyed my leftovers...picked up her whole pig that she bought. She asked me to smoke some of her pig for her. I agreed with the understanding that she provides in kind with massage services ( she is a licensed massage therapist as well). I am excited. I get to have fun smoking with the rubs that I want, and get a massage to boot. Momma is happy with her freelance time right now!

That was kinda my thought as well...i suggested it as a trade in jest, but she was willing to accept. And how can I not go through with it. I get to play outside with my baby, taste test for quality assurance, and get a massage out of the deal as well. Winner winner porky dinner!
