Smoked for about 5 hours with apple and pecan. The rub I used is Cimaron Docs Sweet Rib Rub. Foiled for about an hour at the 3 hour mark. Used just a little apple juice in the foil for one rack and the other with brown sugar, honey, squeeze butter and tiger sauce. I can't decide which way I like better. Thanks for looking!
