Filet of blasphemy...

So my daughter got me some fire wire for Fathers Day, and I got my Dad an Omaha Steaks gift pack...somehow a few steaks were left in my freezer....go figure! I like a good steak, but I love a good steak taco. I know it is sacrilege, but I made tacos out of a few filet minons. Here is how it played:

Addie putting the veggies on the fire wire.

Steaks with McCormick Perfect Pinch Mexican, and tortillias lubed up. Veggies with EVOO and S&P.

On the grill.

On my plate and in my belly!
