Favorite Herb

Hi, what is everyone's favorite (fresh) HERB to cook with?

Gotta be rosemary. Great in Italian sauces, paired with garlic for BBQed or roasted lamb, pork or chicken and ground it's a great addition to just about any dry rub. I use a lot of thyme, sage and dill weed too, but rosemary wins hands down.

I have a herb garden but my favorite herb is flat leaf Italian parsley.
Goes with everything.
