Fatty Time

Decided to make a fatty which I have never done before. Used sweet sausage meat. Stuffed with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, my own hot sauce I make and wrapped in thick cut bacon. Ignore the chop meat and skirt steak as that was for something else.

Savages took over so no plated pics. They said they felt the years come off their lives but said it was worth it lol.
