Father's Day Ribs

SmokeFire strikes again! Mixed up a batch of BRITU rub and sauced with Wegman's Memphis style. This is pretty darn good for a store bought sauce and not a bunch of high fructose corn syrup and other junk. Anyway, hit the ribs with Smoke Boost for about 40 minutes, then at 235 for a couple hours. Bumped it up to 250 for a bit, then 275 for about 30 minutes to finish. Came out great with good smoke flavor. Could've left 'em on for another 20-30 minutes, but the dinner bell was ringing. Threw on a couple Greek marinated chicken breasts at the end to have around for various uses during the week.
