Plus my Birthday was yesterday and cooked a bunch of burgers and ABTs. Today just me and the wife. Reverse seared 2 Porterhouses. IT to around 135 using Thermopen and ET732 Maverick. Corn on the Cob and homemade potato salad. Used 2 chunks of Mesquite with Kingsford Blue. Also Button mushrooms with onion and garlic pressed with EVOO. Still debating on Reverse Sear for steaks or the T-Rex method. Did the latter a few days ago for Ribeyes.
