Father's Day Cook

Here goes. I flattened a flank steak, rubbed it with a light dose of roasted garlic and added basil, oregano, S&P, mozzarella, parm reggiano, and peccorino romano. Seared and roasted to finish. I also served roasted, stuffed zucchini, and a tomato, cuke and avocado salad. Just before it was ready to plate, I brushed some asiago cheese bread with some garlic olive oil and toasted on the Performer.

Well... Don't leave us hangin'. How'd it taste?

That looks absolutely amazing. Nice clean plate when it all came together. I need to do my "zukes" like that next time. Love it!

Great! Happy Fathers Day!

It was great. The zuchhini was fantastic. I stuffed it w/ the same three cheeses that were in the steak, along with some "Italian Style" breadcrumbs. I'll definitely repeat this dinner.

Jim, what a fantastic dinner! Wanna share the cucumber/avocado salad recipe?? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Sure - super simple. I bought a "variety pack" of cherry style tomatoes and used a few different kinds, along with cuke and avocado. Simply added salt, pepper, balsamic and EVOO.

DONE!
