Happy Father’s Day to all you dads out there. Per my annual (3yrs and counting) tradition of being a dad I’m taking the day to smoke some beef ribs. Hope you’re all having a good one.
Just started resting them. Probe went through like butter, so keeping my fingers crossed. Ordered the meat from Snake River Farms and it was pretty expensive compared to my neighborhood butcher...so we shall see. They do seem meatier.
