Boneless chicken seasoned with webers beer can chicken. Nothing fancy.. Grilled with some corn, onions, and Serrano peppers. As some of you remember my wife will not eat chicken that has a bone attached.

My wife has the same "phobia". Anything with the bone in is a little too much of a reminder that she's eating a dead animal.

Wife wants chicken bones to be white with no red or brown tint to them. The only way I can do that is to boil first the chicken. I'm not doing that , so we compromised with boneless chicken all the time.

My wife's the same way too. If she sees any hint of red at the bones she won't touch it. Due to that my most often cooked chicken part is boneless thigh fillets.
