For my birthday this weekend, my wife and I drove to Chicago, and attended a class at the Weber Grill Restaurant in Schaumburg, led by Matt Jost, R&D Chef and Executive Chef Jason Friedland .

I wish I would have taken photos of the scallops done on the Summit 450 using the infrared burner. Amazing. But I was just too busy enjoying the moment....:cool:
 
Sounds like a great time. Pictures can take away from the experience. Better that you enjoyed the class. :cool:
