Eye Eye Chucky

Like any faithful Q'er, I cannot go into a grocery, even if only picking up milk, without cruising down the meat aisle. Well, as luck would have it, that is exactly what happened when I spied the most beautiful Chuck Eyes that have eluded me. Had to grab them for a late date. Well that date was yesterday.

Seasoned them up with some Penzeys Mitchell street. That seasoning was so so.

And cooked up two Hasslebacks to go with.

For the money, you can't beat them. Hope to find them again, and going to make real good friends with the butcher

I have never seen that done to a potato! it looks amazing, I looked up the recipe for the Hassleback, yum!!

I've never seen chuck eye steaks in our local stores here, and I'm really wanting to try them. Those look great! I'm going to have to look up the Hasselback recipe, 'cuz we love meat and potatoes! Yours plated up great!
