For those who have one, instead of rolling 3 rib racks per grill, would this expandable rack hold more rib racks using the "fish" hooks to hold them?

I bought 6 or 8 hooks and I believe you could hang plenty of ribs PBC style like this: http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?56749-Hang-em-High-Ribs&highlight=hanging+ribs

looks like maybe 8 racks instead of 6.

Found this while looking for something else. Generally, rib racks seem too long for the 18" unless they're cut in half which defeats the purpose of using this tool (ie smoking more than 6 full racks).
