Easy as 1-2-3

Nice work Tony, care to share the green sauce recipe?

Mike here is my simple salsa Verde sauce recipe.

5-8 medium tomatillos
1-3 serrano chilies(if you like it hot use all 3 or more)
4 cloves unpeeled garlic
juice of 1 lime
1 onion diced or minced
bushel of cilantro minced
kosher salt

Roast the tomatillos, serrano chilies and garlic till skin charred then flip and finish the charring both sides. Remove from oven or grill and mince the tomatillos, serranos and garlic. Throw into a bowl and add the onions, cilantro and lime juice, add kosher salt to taste.

Hope this helps, you can always tweak to your liking.

Maribel said this is what she did...
Here is what Maribel said..
5 jalapeños
5 serrenos peppers
3 tomatillos
4 garlic cloves
This items need to roasted on the grill until they are nice and charred.
Put in a blender with with a 1/4 onion chopped. Add about 1 tbs of garlic salt and enjoy.
