My first photo gallery post, figured I'd post as it was something new to me. Tried out the Barbecue Bible Honey Ham Ribs recipe for Easter. Cured two slabs of ribs for 24 hours and then on the smoker Sunday morning with some cherry wood for about 6 hours. Foiled and coated with honey/brown sugar for the last two hours. Came out very good, definitely had the flavor of ham that I was hoping for.
