Easter Camping Pizza

This is Spring Break down here and I managed to get half the week off. Time to dewinterize the camper and head to the mountains!
We decided to bring our pizza oven to see how it’d travel.
As you’ll see by the pictures, I think it travelled just fine!

We brought the dough and sauce, so all we had to do was cook the Italian sausage and mushrooms and shred the cheese
We made smaller pies than usual and wow did they cook quickly! The oven was at 900* in the back and about 600* in the middle! Each pie cooked in under 2 minutes.

The crust was perfectly charred and quite tasty!
I had a whole mini pie and Pammi had a half, plus there’s more for a “midnight” snack!
Tomorrow, it’ll be cooled off enough to pack it up and put it back in the tote.
