Dusting off the 22.5" OTG

So, I fired up my Weber 22.5" OTG grill today, and cooked up a London Broil and a thick cut NY strip steak. The London Broil steak was marinated in Stubbs marinade, while the NY strip steak was painted with a thin layer of mustard, then dusted with Weber's steak and chop seasoning and paprika. They were seared over the fire, then placed on the other side of the grill to finish up. Anyways, on to the part everyone enjoys: pictures.

The NY strip steak was for me, and it was awesome (the last picture shows the doneness of my steak). The London Broil was had by my roommate, and he enjoyed it as well.
