Duck Breast Recipes

Cruising through the meat department the other day, I spotted frozen boneless, skin on duck breasts in a 14oz package for $3.99. I love duck, and at this price, it's less than boneless, skinless chicken. So I grabbed a few packs. Like I said, I love duck. But I've never cooked it. So I'm looking for ideas. One that I've seen is from Bobby Flay - grilled duck breast tacos. That's one. Any other good ones out there? On or off the grill is fine with me, but I prefer on the grill.

Thanks in advance!!

Jim,
Back in my duck hunting days I would grill wild ducks, whole or just the breast meat.
Usually marinated first, and then wrapped with bacon.
Wild duck needs to be a bit rare, but can't help you on tame duck breast.
I used Italian dressing for the marinade.

I did a few duck breasts for my uncle last fall. Dont have exact recipe with me now, but I remember I brined them for about 48 hours and smoked until about 140 IT.

I think I just googled smoked duck recipes or something. If I recall, the recipe I used was from a DNR website or something along those lines.

Thanks guys! I've got to try these soon. I guess I got quite a deal on them. Was back at the store last night and the same packs I bought for $3.99 last week are now $12.99!
