Drumsticks and pickles

Life sucks. Got a better job opportunity, but I blew it. Followed by a Saturday that sucked. So I cooked some drumsticks.




Overcooked, but dark chicken meat is forgiving.

And plated with tomatoes from the garden.

Finished the day with a first try of homemade pickles.

Pickled some red onions and gurken.



Have another opportunity next week.

And the gurkens... Little effort and big results on any sandwich. Hard recommend.
