As I have shared in years past I love Easter. It's as great of a food and family holiday as Thanksgiving I
In my book.

For my son I wanted to make pulled pork, couldn't find a shoulder, so let's go picnic roast.
Here it is getting wrapped at 4 this morning. Great bark. Done by 7 am and off the WSM, went into the cooler until dinner at 4:30.

Ham went in at 11:30,
hit 110 by 3:00 pm.

Brought it in and into the cast iron it went so I could start to glace it with the same pineapple glaze I have used for the last three years.

Pulled at 145, wrapped and into the coller until it was time to cut it after the picnic got pulled.

This was me coming in for seconds forgot to take an photos before serves started. Served with cheesy potatoes, beans, deviled eggs, potatoes salad, pasta salad, and grilled cubed potatoes. The ham went this year like wow.

Dinner was great.
Dessert was even better.
I had both the homemade cheese cake and pineapple upside down cake.

I hope everyone's Easter was as good as mine!
