Next weekend is a get away up to the poconos and I said that I would take care of the food for about 12 people. So tonight I got two Wegmans butts on and threw together my normal rub and away we go. PHOTOS

Well 7:00 here and the Double Butts are doing ok. Temps dropped some so I tapped the legs and opened a vent some so now I am waiting to see how it reacts. If that doesn't work I'll probably hot squat it and reload and go back to bed. Beer and a chimneya are great at night but the next morning they are not as much fun.
