I chunk compared to 2-3 of the store bought bagged stuff will really up your game and make you happy to be out and about smelling that wonderful aroma.

I've tried everything except the beech and ash. The hickory is by far my favorite, but the red oak on beef, wild cherry or maple on pork, or the alder on chicken come really close.
