Tony - As usual, a GREAT cook you put on there. Seriously, if I could pick anyone from the forum to join for dinner - you're at the top of the list. You're always doing something just a little bit different than what I'm used to and I love it.

On our last trip to Mexico, wifey & I stopped at a place known for their arracherra.
O.M.G. ---- probably one of, if not thee, best thing I ever ate.

Thanks Chad I'm in Cali so if your in the area we are here waiting....
To be honest I prefer arracherra. But the butchers in my area don't do the cut that often and when they do they want .50 cents more per pound. I want to guess that when you were in Mexico they grilled it over mesquite and they seasoned it with sea salt only on one side.
